Scandic Karlskrona

The family room was bright and the bed was exceptionally COMFORTABLE. The breakfast meal was generous with the cheapest rate and buns and crispy bacon. Location: the hotel was close to most things in Karlskrona and the centre.

Views appeared to be typical.

The place was fairly clean with a very modern design. Neat and bright rooms with a very comfy bed. Good views, modern Scandinavian design. Efficient and attentive staff. Great breakfasts. A huge variety of food in the hotel, seaside restaurant. I had a pleasant experience at Scandic Karlskrona.

The venue was set in the central position near the waterside, the town's impressive central plaza and the restaurants, shop and waterfront. It also was close to the nice old town centre.

The staff was service-minded and extremely helpful, offering wake-up calls and ironing free of charge. the standard king room was well-equipped and modern with 2 single beds. the food for brunch was fabulous in the seaside restaurant.

Hotel evening eating options ok but rather limited in choice

Bright and new-fashioned room with a very comfy bed, very good staff. Location near most other bars as well as the harbor, the market square and close to all main sightseeing sites.

I had a really nice time at this hotel and would definitely go back. the venue was stylish and clean in general. the local staff was friendly. the location was stunning, not too far away from the Trinity Church. There were a shopping street and a market around the hotel.

Nice modern hotel located in the centre with free parking and wifi. Good breakfast and restaurant. Rooms are well equipped and brand new

The glass facade is covered by spider webs, some regular cleaning of the outside windows would be nice. Otherwise everything perfect

I thought it was a reasonable walking distance from the train station (we carried our duffel bags on our backs). The rooms were very nice and comfortable - quiet, good temperature, and clean. The hotel is right next to the water and our room overlooked the water which was nice. I liked having a computer available in the lobby for guests to use. It is also an easy walking distance to the main square and sightseeing locations.

I did not like the shower door - it only covered part of the bathroom and the rest got quite wet if you weren't careful. The breakfast buffet was very small and there were not enough places to sit for everyone present.

The hotel has an amazing location, right in the center of Karlskrona. the rooms are brand new, neat, and offer a great view of the harbor.

Were good location and parking

Room hadnt beed cleaned to normal standard. Breakfast was poor with dirty tables (even though we arived very early). The so called full ecological breakfast that Scandic is so proud off and mentions all the time was a joke. We counted 3 ecological items (coffee, rise crackers and a youghurt) so in my book its false advertising (guess nothing has changed since they got busted last year doing the same in Norway)

Everything - location, room, seaview, breakfast (wide range of food), staff, facilities like gym and bikes.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and provided great service.

The hotel is ideally located at the marina, offering direct access to the water and proximity to the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and no traffic noise for a peaceful stay. The staff, especially Therese and Birgit, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, catering to all tastes and preferences. it's a great choice for nature lovers with its fantastic location and pet-friendly amenities.

Felt completely at ease and had no issues during my stay.
